摘要 针对粉状物料定量下料的特点,设计一种基于STC89单片机的定量称重控制器,是一个机电一体化的计算机控制系统。采用STC89单片机配以必要的控制接口和控制软件,实现定量下料的实时动态检测和定量控制。设计的控制器具有可控性强、定量计量精度高、性能稳定、操作简便等特点。 A quantificational weighting controller is designed according to powdery materials which is based on STC89 microcomputer.This confroller is a mechatronical computer control system which adopts STC89 microcomputer matched with necessary measure control interface and applied software to realize dynamic scan and quantiative control for process of mechanical laying--off.The controller shows strong control, high precision,stable performance, simple operation and other characteristics.
