摘要
在饮料灌装生产线上,以及圆柱形物体的输送线上,由于受到设备生产能力的限制,输送装置常会遇到前一台设备和后一台设备的生产能力不匹配,需要将前一台设备处理过的瓶罐通过一个装置将其分为二列,这二列瓶罐再通过二台输送设备分送到二台后道设备上。有的生产线是购置了专用设备来一分为二。本人在安装调试了二十余条生产线的实践中,多次采用一种很简单的材料和极低的成本解决了该问题。本文就此问题,将解决问题的原理和方案和盘托出,供本专业的同仁们参考和采用。
Sometimes the mismatching happens between two sets of packaging lines in the drinking can packaging process system due to the limitation of each set of equipment. Therefore it is necessary to separate the objects into two sets, and send those two sets to the different lines. Some packaging process systems use a special device to handle this separation. This article describes a simple and low-cost way to solve this problems. It has been applied to more than 20 production systems successfully. The article gives the detail explanation and know-how in order to provide a useful reference for the professions in food process/packaging field.
