摘要
从染色体倍数性、染色体分带、核型分析、减数分裂行为和染色体原位杂交5个方面对菊属植物的细胞学和分子细胞遗传学研究进展进行了综述。细胞学和分子细胞遗传学研究为菊属种的形成、种间亲缘关系等的确立提供了一定的信息,但同时他们也存在许多局限性,还需要借助分子系统学等手段。
Advances in cytology and molecular cytogenetics including ploidy, chromosome banding, karyotype, meiosis behaviro and in situ hybridization of genus Dendranthema were reviewed. The phylogeny and relationship between taxa of this genus have been interpreted to some extent based on the evidences of the cytology and molecular cytogentics. However, low distinguishable sensitivity of above studies due to complex inheridity background of the genus made that additional molecular evidences necessary for further illuminating the phylogeny of the genus.
