摘要
以黄瓜为材料,研究了根结线虫对内源茉莉酸和水杨酸含量的影响,并进行了初步的防治研究。结果表明,接种根结线虫后16 h,黄瓜叶片中的茉莉酸含量急剧上升,上升幅度为对照的8.2倍;水杨酸含量也有显著上升的趋势,并在侵染后24 h达到对照的5.02倍。田间试验表明,50 mg.L-1茉莉酸甲酯和50 mg.L-1水杨酸混合溶液处理,能有效地防治黄瓜根结线虫病的发生,并使黄瓜产量增加27.85%。
Endogenous jasmonic acid (JA) and salicylic acid (SA) content were detected in leaves of cucumber infected by Meloidogyne spp.. The effects of exogenous methyl jasmonate (MeJA) and SA on the control of Meloidogyne spp. were also investigated. The results showed that Meloidogyne spp. caused an 8.2-fold increase in JA content 16 h after inoculation, and a 5.02-fold increase in SA content 24 h after inoculation. In field tests, a mixture solution of 50 mg·L^-1 MeJA and 50 mg·L^-1 SA was effective in control Meloidogyne spp. and caused a 27. 85% increase in cucumber productivity.
