摘要 设计并实现了基于TSMC0.18μm CMOS工艺应用于DVB-T系统的RSSI电路.核心电路采用非平衡源极耦合对结构作为整流器,具有良好的全波整流功能;放大器采用折叠式二极管负载结构,既适合低电源电压工作,又具有良好的工艺和温度稳定性;偏置电路采用自举基准源,具有良好的电源抑制比.芯片测试结果表明:在供电电压为1.8V时,该RSSI的功耗为3.7mW;在输入信号频率为36MHz,功率为-31.5^-11.5dBm的动态范围内,输出的指示直流电压为1.54~0.54V,非线性误差小于±1.2dB,实现了功率指示功能. An received signal strength indicator (RSSI) based on the TSMC ( Taiwan semiconductor manufacturing Co. ) 0. 18μm CMOS (complemental oxide semiconductor) technology for DVB-T ( digital video broadcasting-terrestrial) system is realized. The main architecture of the circuit adopts the unbalanced source-coupled pairs for rectifier, which shows a good performance in full-wave rectifying; A cascoded diode load gain cell is introduced for amplifier, which is not only suitable for low-voltage 1.8 V operation but also insensitive to process and thermal variation;A bootstrap MOS circuit is introduced for bias, which shows a good performance in power supply reject ratio. Measurement results show that when the input power changes from -31.5 dBm to - 11.5 dBm at the frequency of 36 MHz, the corresponding output indication of the DC voltage changes from 1.54 V to 0. 54 V with ± 1.2 dB nonlinearity error and the power dissipation is 3.7 mW at the 1.8 V power supply. The results also show that the RSSI realizes the function of indicating the received signal strength.
