摘要
工时定额计算是工艺设计过程中的重要组成部分,它的准确性直接影响到制造成本和作业计划。通过对制约工时定额的多因素分析筛选,建立动态计算规则编译器,并以数据库为支撑,提出了一种工时定额优化算法,用于提高工时计算效率,为CAPP系统提供有力的支撑。
Man-hour calculation is an important work in process planning,it influences on the production cost and production plan.The man-hour in actual production is a standard restricted by multi-factors.A dynamic compiler interface is built based on analyzing and screening of the involved restrict factors.Based on the database,a kind of optimize man-hour calculating is advanced to improve the efficiency of calculation,and support the CAPP system strongly.
