摘要
节能环保型双预热炉的炉温调节系统具有强干扰、纯滞后的特点。针对这一特点,设计了自适应预测数字PID控制系统,提高了温度控制精度,且通过应用表明,系统稳定性好,可靠性高,具有较强的鲁棒性。
Based on the characters of strong interference and delayed purse time of BF gas preheating ignitor.An Adaptive neuron PID control system is designed to improve tempreture control precision in this paper.The application results show that this system has good stability,high reliability and robustness.
