钛合金表面双层辉光离子渗铝工艺的研究

摘要 在钛合金基体上,利用双层辉光离子渗金属技术,以纯铝作为源极,氩气为工作气体,利用不等电位空心阴极效应,进行渗铝正交试验工艺研究。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)观察分析了钛铝合金渗层的截面形貌和相结构。结果表明,工艺参数对渗铝层的厚度有较大影响,并确定了最佳工艺参数为源极电压750V,工件电压280V,气压35Pa,极间距20mm。 The process of the double glow discharge aluminizing on the surface of titanium alloy is studied in the paper.The pure aluminum is selected as the source cathode and Ar is as the working gas.The cross sectional microstructure and the phase structure of the modified layer are analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).The results show that it is feasible to prepare a modified layer.The phases are mainly Ti3Al and TiAl in the modified layer.The process parameters have obvious effects on the thickness of the modified layer and the best processing parameters are 750V source voltage,280V cathode woltage,20mm distance of poles and 35Pa pressure.
