Boeing737飞机刹车副国产动盘回收复用的研究

摘要 首先对已历经600多次起落的动盘作外观检测,然后选取工作条件最恶劣的动盘在其关键部件切取试样作力学性能检测和金相组织观察与分析。通过新旧国产动盘的外观结构、尺寸、重量和硬度、金相组织结构等方面进行的对比分析,结果表明:新旧国产动盘在经历第1次寿命周期后,其重量、厚度和硬度均有少量下降,外观形状有一定程度的收缩变形,而其(新旧动盘)金相组织基本一致。根据Boeing737飞机机轮刹车装置维修手册的有关规定,旧国产动盘的关键参数仍在可以修复的范围内,经过少量的检测和少量修复后,国产刹车副动盘可以再次回收复用,因此,该研究具有重大的经济效益和社会效益。 Appearance of rotor is inspected after more than 600 times lift.The test of mechanical properties and observation and analysis of metallurgical structure for key spares of rotor are made under worst working condition.The comparison of domestic rotor on appearance,size,weight,hardness and metallurgical structure is made.The results show that after first life cycle,the weight,thickness and hardness of rotor are descreased slightly,but there is no change in the microstructure of the rotor.So according to the concerned guide on the repairing of brake assembly's rotor of Boeing 737 airplane,these rotors can be repaired.Thus,the domestic brake assembly's rotor of Boeing 737 airplane can be recycled after testing and repairing slightly,this will bring economic and societal benefits for us.
