随着我国汽车工业的快速发展,与之相适应的汽车服务业面临着重大的发展机遇和挑战。文章剖析了汽车服务业现状,构建了汽车服务业的服务传递能力评价指标体系。
With the fast development of Chinese automobile industry, the co- responding automobile service industry is facing enormous development opportunities and challenges. Based on the analysis of the situation of automobile service industry, the evaluation index system of serving delivery ability for it is constructed.
