摘要
氧化锌版纸是现代办公设备胶印机的耗材,在氧化锌版纸上使用聚乙烯醇(PVA)作胶粘剂,成膜性好,膜粘接强度高。实验证明,改性PVA与二醛的干基料质量比在3∶0.25最为理想,其成品的牢固度达到要求且不脏版、胶印不掉字。在可用的前提下加入一些低成本填料可降低纸的生产成本,生产环境也得到极大改善。
Oxide zinc plate paper is the consumable material of offset printing press in modern offices. The quality and density of the film are up to the standard by using polyvinyl alcohol as its adhesive. Experiments proved that the ideal proportion of modified PVA against basic dry material is 3： 0.25, which make the products endurable without spoiling the plate and skipping words. Under the conditions of the permit, added with some low-cost material, the factory environment can be improved greatly to meet the requirements of environmental protection.
