摘要
采用E-Ⅱ型乳化剂和相反转技术制备水溶性双酚A型环氧树脂乳液,研究了乳化剂的用量、乳化时间、搅拌速率和乳化温度对乳液稳定性的影响。得出了最佳乳化工艺条件:乳化剂质量分数为7.25%~8.0%、乳化温度为60~70℃、搅拌速度为700~900r/min、乳化时间为40~50min。采用激光粒度衍射分析仪表征了水溶性环氧乳液的粒径为400~500nm。
Using self-synthesized E-Ⅱ emulsifier the waterborne bisphenol-A epoxy resin emulsion was prepared by phase inversion technology. Effect of emulsification temperature, emulsification time, emulsifier concentration and shear rate on the stability of prepared waterborne bisphenol-A epoxy resin emulsion was discussed and analyzed. The optimum preparation condition of the waterborne bisphenol-A epoxy resin emulsion are as follows:emulsification temperature of 60 - 70 ℃, emulsification time of 40 - 50 min, emulsifier concentration of 7.25% - 8.0% and the shear rate of 700 - 900 r/min. And the particle diameter of the waterborne bisphenol-A epoxy resin emulsion was about 400 - 500 nm from laser diffraction particle size analyzer.
