干旱胁迫下Ca^(2+)对云贵鹅耳枥幼苗叶片可溶性蛋白质的影响(英文) 被引量:4

摘要 干旱胁迫可能改变蛋白质的数量和质量。通过对喜钙植物——云贵鹅耳枥在干旱胁迫下总的可溶性蛋白质含量的变化和Ca2+对可溶性蛋白质数量和质量影响的调查分析。结果显示:在20%PEG-6000溶液胁迫下,叶片中总的可溶性蛋白质含量变化不显著,而在30%PEG-6000溶液胁迫下,叶片中总的可溶性蛋白质含量下降。同时,总的可溶性蛋白质含量的下降受到Ca2+的抑制。 Drought stress may alter protein quantities and qualities. The objectives of this study were to investigate total protein content changes in response to drought stress and effect of Ca^2+ on soluble prorein quantities and qualities in the tein content from leaves had not a Carpinus pubescens, a calcicole. The results showed that total proremarkable change under drought stress with 20% PEG-6000 solution and decreased with 30% PEG6000 solution. The decrease of total protein content was inhibited in the treated condition, in which Ca^2+ was used under drought stress with 30% PEG-6000 solution.
