摘要
芫菁成虫体液治疗寻常疣效率高、复发率低,且不留疤痕、无副作用。用高效液相色谱法测定短翅豆芫菁体液中斑蝥素,采用HPLC法,色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为:甲醇:水(30:70),检测波长:227nm。处理的5个样品中,平均每只成虫体液含26.60ug斑蝥素。表明斑蝥素在此含量下能很好地杀灭寻常疣病毒,而对正常皮肤无副作用。
To treat verruca vulgaris by using Meloidae grown insect' s hemolymph had better efficiency ,lower relapse rate, without producing scar and side effect. In order to get cantharidin content of every insect' s hemolymph , using HPLC method detected cantharidin in Epicauta aptera Kaszab' s hemolymph. Using HPLC method, C 18 column , the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(30:70), the detection wavelength is 227nm. Result Every insect' s hemolymph had 26.60 ug cantharidin in with 5 samples. The result indicated that the content of cantharidin could kill efficiently verruca virus and had no side effect for natural skin.
