摘要
在高血压中内皮祖细胞功能受损或数量下降,其机制包括高血压对内皮祖细胞动员的抑制作用,加速其老化或凋亡,损伤血管内皮从而使内皮祖细胞需求量增加等。一些高血压治疗方式如体育锻炼、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、血管紧张素II受体拮抗剂、钙离子拮抗剂具有降压之外的改善内皮祖细胞功能或增加其数量的作用。
hnpairment or reduction of endothelial progenitor cells in hypertension patients may recognize three pathophysiologieal explanations:impaired bone marrow mobilization, enhanced senescence or apoptosis, increased requirement. Hypertension therapies such as physical exercise,anginteusin converting enzyme inhibitor,angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist and calcium-channel blocker can improve endothelial progenitor cells function or to increase their quantity beyond blood pressure control.
