摘要 钙通道阻滞剂具有降低血压之外的独立的抗动脉粥样硬化的作用,现就其相关临床试验证据及作用机制做一综述。 Calcium channel blockers have independent antiatherogenic effects besides depressurization. This article summarizes the evidence from clinical trials, and mechanisms of action.
