摘要
基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在生理情况下参与人体的发育。病理状态下潜在型MMP-9被激活,参与动脉粥样硬化的形成、发展,并削弱斑块纤维帽,使斑块破裂,从而诱发急性冠脉综合征。现就MMP-9在动脉粥样硬化形成中机制及临床意义作一综述。
Matrix metal luproteinase-9 (MMP-9) participate in the development of the human body during physiological conditions, and can be activated in pathological conditions. It is associated with atherosclerosis, and plays an important role in weakened fibre cap, disruption of plaque, anti acute coronary syndrorae. This article provides a brief review of the mechanism and clinical significance of MMP-9 in atherosclerosis and acute coronary syndrome.
