摘要
采用悬滴法和凹玻片法,对影响尖孢镰刀菌分生孢子萌发的环境因素进行了研究,结果表明,尖孢镰刀菌分生孢子萌发的最适温度为25℃,在小于5℃、大于45℃的条件下会失去萌发能力;弱酸条件促进分生孢子的萌发,其最适宜pH 5.0;在相对湿度100%的条件下,病原菌分生孢子萌发率最高;碳源营养条件比氮源更有利于分生孢子萌发;光照可以促进分生孢子的萌发。
Study was done on conidium's germination of Fusarium oxyporm, schleber which is one of pathogen fungus of seedling. The results showed that it will be lose ability of spouting beyond 5-45 ℃, and the Optimal is 25 ℃. Weak acid can promote conidium's germination, and the optimal pH is 5.0. It has relatively high expectation for humidity, the spouting rate is highest in RH 100%. Nutrition's conditions will benefit to its spouting at the moment, the carbon source is superior to the nitrogen source for its utilization. Light can promote conidium's germination.
