摘要
目的检测ER、PR和TIMP-1在子宫内膜异位症(EMs)患者的异位内膜和在位内膜中表达,探讨三者在内异症发生发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学PV-9000法分别检测ER、PR和TIMP-1的表达。研究组:84例EMs的异位内膜和44例在位内膜;对照组:32例子宫肌瘤者正常子宫内膜。结果异位内膜组织中ER、PR及TIMP-1的表达明显低于正常内膜组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);在位内膜组织ER、PR却明显高于正常内膜组织,差异亦均有显著性(P<0.05),而TIMP-1在在位内膜中呈低表达,与正常内膜组织中的表达相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ER、PR、TIMP-1在异位内膜和子宫内膜异位症在位内膜中的异常表达,可能与内异症的发生发展有关。
Objective To detect the expression of ER, PR and TIMP-1 in the ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium in the patients with endometriosis and investigate the role of ER, PR and TIMP-1 in pathogenesis of the endometriosis. Methods The immunohistochemistry PV-9000 was used for detection of ER, PR and TIMP-1. In the research group, there were 84 cases of eetopic endometrium and 44 cases of eutopic endometrium of EMs while in the control group there were 32 cases of normal endometrium of patients with uterine myoma. Results The expression of ER and PR was significantly lower in the ectopic endometrium than in the normal endometrium (P〈0.01 and P〈0.05). The expression of ER, PR and TIMP-1 was significantly higher in the eutopic en- dometrium than in the normal endometrium (P〈0.05) while the expression of TIMP-1 was lower in the eutopic endometrium than in the normal endometrium (P〈0.05).Gonclusion The abnormal expression of ER, PR and TIMP-1 in the eutopic endometrium and the eutopic endometrium of the endometriosis may be related to the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
