摘要
在对信息企业文化特点和影响要素分析的基础上,构建了评价指标体系。针对企业文化抽象化和难以量化的特点,综合采用熵权法和灰色模糊评价法,进行无量纲处理得到各指标的得分值并分析影响效果。结合西安H信息企业文化进行实例研究,提出信息企业文化建设需要关注员工,加强信息交流,树立企业信用,营造信息氛围。
Based on analyzing the characteristics of culture in information enterprises and the influencing factors, an index system to evaluate the culture is proposed. According to the abstraction and quantitative difficulty of enterprise culture, the entropy method and the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are synthesizing adopted. Carrying through non-dimension to deal with every index, their scores are gained and then their effect of influencing is analyzing. Finally, this method is applied in the culture of H information enterprise in Xi'an and some suggestions are proposed: taking attention to employees, reinforcing info intercourse, building up the corporation credit and constructing an info atmosphere.
