摘要
企业在选择技术创新策略时会在内部研发和外购之间寻求一个最佳的平衡点。在系统分析技术创新策略决定因素的基础上,以我国的高技术产业为样本从两方面进行了实证研究:一是我国企业的技术创新策略选择模式,二是不同的技术创新策略对企业创新的作用弹性。通过对实证结果的分析得出了提高我国企业技术创新效率和完善创新服务体系的相应政策建议。
A Firm will seek a maximum balance between internal R＆D and outsourcing when making its innovation strategy. This paper analyzes the determinants of innovation strategy systematically and makes an empirical study in two areas with a sample from Chinese high-tech industry： the choose pattern of innovation strategy and relevant performance elasticity of different strategies. Some suggestions for improving Chinese firms＇ innovation efficiency and the innovation service system are provided based on the results from empirical study.
