4种用药方案治疗银屑病的成本-效果分析

Cost-Effectiveness Analysis of Four Therapeutic Schemes for Psoriasis

目的:探讨不同药物治疗方案对同一疾病所产生的经济效果。方法:180例银屑病患者随机分为4组,分别给予银屑片+10%硼酸软膏(A组)、银屑片+复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏(B组)、复方氨肽素片+10%硼酸软膏(C组)、复方氨肽素片+复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏(D组)治疗,运用成本-效果方法进行评价。结果:A、B、C、D组有效率分别为75.6%、82.2%、77.8%、80.0%(P>0.05),成本-效果比分别为192.46、446.47、384.32、650.63。各组不良反应较少,均是轻微皮肤刺激反应,勿需治疗。结论:B组方案较佳。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the economic effects of different pharmacotherapeutic schemes for the same disease （psoriasis）. METHODS： A total of 180 patients with psoriasis were randomly assigned to four groups： Group A（Yinxie tablets ＋ 10% boric acid ointment）, Group B（Yinxie tablets ＋ Compound Clobetasol Propionate Ointment）,Group C（Compound Ampeptide Elemente tablets ＋ 10% boric acid ointment） ,and Group D（Compound Ampeptide Elemente tablets ＋ Compound Clobetasol Propionate Ointment） .Cost -effectiveness analysis of the four groups was conducted.RESULTS：The effective rates of the four groups（A, B, C, and D） were 75.6%, 82.2%, 77.8% and 80.0%, respectively（P 〉 0.05） .The cost - effectiveness ratios of the four groups were 192.46,446.47,384.32 and 650.63, respectively. Few adverse reactions such as slight irritant reactions of skins were noted in each group,and for which no treatment was needed.CONCLUSION：Scheme B was the preferable one.
