Propagation of Laser Beams with Amplitude Modulations and Phase Fluctuations Through a Spatial Filter

摘要 用广义惠更斯-菲涅耳衍射积分和统计光学方法对有振幅调制和位相畸变激光通过空间滤波器的传输特性作了详细研究.并对空间滤波器中滤波小孔最佳尺寸的选取条件进行了讨论.数值计算结果表明,最佳滤波小孔尺寸与系统菲涅耳数、光束截断参数以及光束的位相畸变参数等有关. In this paper, using the generalized Huygens-Fresnel diffraction integral and statistical-optics method, the properties of laser beams with amplitude modulation and phase fluctuations propagating through a spatial filter have been studied in detail. The condition for the optimum pinhole size of the spatial filter has been analyzed. Numerical calculations have shown the dependence of the optimum pinhole size on the Fresnel number of the system, the truncation parameter and the phase fluctuation parameter.
