知识链组织之间合作的关系强度研究

Research on Relation Ties of Knowledge Chain's Inter-firm Cooperation

知识链组织之间合作的关系强度对合作的效率具有重要影响。在回顾关系强度理论的基础上,提出了知识链组织之间合作的关系强度的概念,分析了关系强度的影响因素以及强关系与弱关系对知识链内部知识的共享、外部信息的获取和交易效率的不同影响,最后得出结论:必须适当地调节知识链组织之间合作的关系强度才能提高合作效率。

Relation ties of knowledge chain＇s inter-firm cooperation can greatly influence cooperation efficiency. Based on recalling the theory of relation ties of knowledge chain＇s inter-firm cooperation, this paper puts forward the concept of knowledge chain＇s relation ties. Furthermore, it not only analyses the factors which influence the relation ties, also deeply studies on the different influence caused by strong ties and weak ties on the efficiency of knowledge ing in knowledge chain, and exterior information absorbing and transaction. At last, it concludes that relation ties but sharing in knowledge chain, and exterior information absorbing and transaction. At last, it concludes that relation ties must be properly adjusted, so that the efficiency of knowledge chain＇s inter-firm cooperation can be improved.
