Research on Knowledge Transfer within Enterprises Cluster Based on Cognitive Mode

集群企业的知识异构造成了企业间认知模式的不同。提出了企业认知模式的三元结构,阐述了企业认知模式的特点;对集群认知资源分布的非均衡性进行了研究,认为认知资源在集群中呈阶梯状分布;构建了基于认知模式的集群知识转移框架,提出了知识转移的三种方式:同阶转移、临阶转移和跨阶转移。

This paper, firstly, presents the ＂three levels＂ structure of cognitive mode, illuminates its character. Secondly, it discusses the dissymmetrical and ladder like distribution of cognitive resource within enterprises cluster. Finally, it constructs a framework of knowledge transfer within enterprises cluster based on cognitive mode, analyzes the three forms of knowledge transfer.
