摘要 介绍了一门新兴的人力资源决策科学——理才学,包括人才细分、关键人才库、企业可持续发展以及战略人力资源决策框架三要素等概念和理论。该理论回答了战略人力资源管理中的重要问题:如何测量战略人力资源管理的效果?如何定义战略人力资源发展的目标? Talentship, a new concept in the field of strategic human resource management, expends human resource decision-making science. The relevant concepts and theories are introduced including talent segmentation, critical talent pool, sustainable development, and three factors framing the strategic human resource management (impact, effectiveness, and efficiency). Talentship theory helps strategic human resource management scholars and enterprise managements to rethink the importance of strategic human resource management.
