摘要
镁合金微弧氧化处理过程中存在一种局部烧蚀现象,一旦出现这种现象就会一直持续下去,很快烧蚀镁合金基体,造成处理工件报废。以镁合金AM60B为研究材料,分析了镁合金试样和镁合金摩托车轮毂在进行微弧氧化处理过程中出现局部烧蚀现象的形成机理,通过大量不同工艺条件下的试验和观察,发现局部烧蚀现象的形成原因是多方面的,分为诱发因素和外部影响条件,危害元素的存在和试样表面状态等是形成局部烧蚀现象的诱发因素;溶液状态、溶液成分、电压和电流密度等是形成这种现象的外部影响条件。
There is a phenomenon of partial ablation when magnesium treated by micro arc oxidation, once the phenomenon occurs, it will ablate all workpiece to dregs; make for the magnesium alloy workpiece to scrap. The mechanism of occurring partial ablation when magnesium treated by micro arc oxidation was studied, through a great deal of different technological experiments, results show that the reason of occurring partial ablation relates with impurity substance, surface status of workpiece, electrical parameters , status of electrolyte and composing of electrolyte etc..
