摘要
为提高奥氏体不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti的硬度,对其表面进行激光表面强化处理,分析了金相组织和显微硬度以及工艺参数对硬度的影响,进行了硬度分布的曲线拟合以及拟合结果的检验。试验结果表明:采用激光表面强化工艺可以获得晶粒细小、硬度高于基体硬度的强化层,最高硬度达224HV;在一定范围内电流越大,硬度越高;扫描速度越慢,硬度越高。
The laser surface strengthening technology was carried on the surface of austenite stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti in order to enhance the degree of micro-hardness of stainless steel surface. The microstructure and the microhardness as well as the influence to the degree of micro-hardness by the craft parameter have been analyzed. The distribution curve fitting of degree of micro-hardness as well as the fitting result examination has been carried on. The result shows that the strengthened layers with tiny crystal grain and higher degree of micro-hardness than the substrate's are obtained. The highest degree of micro-hardness reaches 224HV. The degree of micro-hardness is higher along with bigger electric current and lower scanning velocity.
