摘要
目的观察脱钙牙本质基质植入治疗颌骨囊肿刮治术后骨腔的疗效。方法对32例颌骨囊肿刮治术后骨腔范围为2～5cm的病例采用脱钙牙本质基质进行填充。结果所有切口均愈合良好,无1例出现术后感染和排异反应。患者X线片显示术后1个月后囊腔内已有骨小梁影像,3个月后新生骨小梁与周围骨质无明显区别。结论脱钙牙本质基质用于充填颌骨囊肿刮治术后残留骨腔有较好疗效。
Objective Observing therapeutic effect of decalcified dentin matrix （DDM） in repairing bone cavity after curettage of jaw cyst. Methods 32 cases of jaw defect ranged from 2 to 5 centimeter were repaired by DDM. Results All incisions healed well and none of them suffered from postoperative infection and rejection of the material. Conclusions DDM had good effect in repairing bone cavity after curettage of jaw cyst.
