提出科技信息工作的活动领域分为社会域、人员域、信息域和物理域。指出在当代信息化环境下,科技信息工作创新事务多发生在各域之间的交域。强调人员域、信息域和物理域三者之间的交域是科技信息工作创新活动最综合、最核心、最具潜力、最富特色、最难管理的发生部位。

This paper holds that the activity domain of scientific ＆ technical information service can be divided into social domain, personnel domain, information domain and physical domain. It points out that scientific ＆ technical information service innovation often occurs in their cross domain in the current informatization environment. It emphasizes that the cross domain among personnel domain, information domain and physical domain is the most comprehensive, most crucial, most potential, most characteristic and most hard-to-manage part of scientific ＆ tech- nical information service innovation activity.
