A New Method for Comprehensively Evaluating Network Information Resources

摘要本文在构建网络信息资源评价指标体系的基础上,提出了一种基于层次分析法和贝叶斯网络的网络信息资源综合评价新方法,该方法能对专家知识和经验进行有效集成。 With the construction of the evaluation indicator system for network information resources, this pa- per proposes a new method for comprehensively evaluating network information resources based on Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） and Bayesian Networks （BN）, which can be used to effectively aggregate experts＇ knowledge and experience.
