On the Cultivation of Enterprise Knowledge Network Capabilities

就本质而言,知识网络是一种社会网络,也是企业的一项基本的动态能力。企业知识网络能力的培育需要构建知识网络,同时,还需要领导参与、知识文化、信息网络等保障性措施。本文尝试对企业知识网络能力培育的相关问题进行初步探讨。

In essence, knowledge network is a kind of social network and also a basic dynamic capability of the enterprise. The cultivation of enterprise knowledge network capabilities needs construction of knowledge network, meanwhile, it also needs the ensuring measures such as leader participation, knowledge culture and information network. This paper attempts to probe into the problems in the cultivation of enterprise knowledge network capabilities.
