摘要
本研究在《普通话水平测试大纲》修订和《普通话水平测试实施纲要》颁布的背景之下展开,研究重点是评分细则如何既严格执行《新大纲》,又密切联系本地区测试实践,同时兼顾与前10年普通话水平测试实践的紧密衔接。本文重点阐述了对于《新大纲》操作系统定性判分部分的细化表述,以及针对试卷转型(从五项测试转向四项测试)过程中两种卷型评分出现差异的现象,对评分细则作出的微调。
In the time of release of the revised New Outline and Outline for Implementation, this paper intends to analyze the problem as to how to carry out more practical and operational PSC by combining the local testing practice with the New Outline and, in the meanwhile, considering its the coherence with the past ten years of PSC practice. In order to make PSC more operational, this paper elaborates on the specific rules of the grading and the evaluating system of the outline. Besides, in response to the shift of exam type from 5-item to 4-item, this paper suggests some slight adjustments according to the different scoring system between the two exam types from the angle of coherence with the past PSC practice.
