摘要
双酚单丙烯酸酯类抗氧剂由于分子内的结构特点而具有双官能稳定化机理。以2,2’-乙撑双(4,6-二特戊基苯酚)(简称EBAP)、丙烯酸、氯氧化磷等为反应原料,酯化反应合成了2-[1-(2-羟基-3,5-二特戊基苯基)-乙基]-4,6-二特戊基苯基丙烯酸酯(简称GS)。在n(EBAP):n(丙烯酸):n(氯氧化磷)=1:1.08:1.05、m(EBAP):m(三乙胺):m(乙酸铜):1:0.67:0.007、反应温度60—65℃、反应时间1.0-1.5h合成条件下,GS产品摩尔收率80.6%;产品为白色结晶,液相色谱纯度:99.5%;熔点117.6~118.2℃。经IR、^1HNMR、COSY、13CNMR、DEPT、^13C-HCOSY、HMBC、MS、元素分析,确认产品GS与化合物2-[1-(2-羟基-3,5-二特戊基苯基)-乙基]-4,6-二特戊基苯基丙烯酸酯结构相符。该工艺已通过10t/a规模的试生产验证。
The bisphenolmonoacryates antioxidant 2-[ 1 -( 2-hydroxy-3,5-di-tert-pentylphenyl ) -ethyl ] - 4,6-di-tert-pentylphenyl acrylate (GS) of bifunctional stabilizing mechanism was reported recently. New technology for synthesis of GS is studied with 2,2'-ethylidenebis (4,6-di-tert-pentylphenol) (EBAP), acrylic acid and phosphorus oxychloride as raw materials in molar ratio 1:1.08:1.05, and copper acetate as catalyst and polymerization inhibitor in the presence of triethylamine [m ( EBAP ) : m (triethylamine) :m ( copper acetate) = 1 : 0. 67:0. 007 ], reacting at 60 - 65℃ for 1.0 - 1.5 h. Under these conditions,the yield of GS is over 80. 6%. The product is white crystal,w(GS) over 99. 5% by liquid chromatography, and melting point 117.6 -118.2 ℃. The GS synthesis was scaled-up and proceeded in 10 t/a.
