摘要
以精喹禾灵(quizalofop-P-ethyl)为原料,经水解、酰氯化和酯化反应,合成了6个2-(2-(4-(6-氯喹喔啉-2-基氧)苯氧基)丙酰氧基)-丁烯酸酯类化合物。初步生物活性测试结果表明,所合成的化合物在40ga.i./hm2剂量下对稗草等均有很好的防除效果,化合物5B较其母体精喹禾灵对水稻更安全。
Six 2-(2-(4-(6-chloroquinoxalin-2-yloxy)phenoxy)propanoyloxy)-3-methylbut-3-enoates were synthesized using quizalofop-P-ethyl as starting material via 3 steps: hydrolyzation, acid chloration and esterfication. Subsequently, their biological activities were evaluated in the greenhouse. Results indicated that all compounds have good herbicidal activity against Echinochloa crus-galli at 40 g a.i./ha, and compound 5B is much more safety to rice than quizalofop-P-ethyl.
