摘要
根据空港地区经济发展特征理论,在分析广州新白云机场产业区的交通、自然资源、人力资源和产业结构特点等现状的基础上,提出新白云机场产业区应采用空港区、近邻空港区、空港交通走廊沿线高可达性都会区3个圈层的空间发展结构,并以服务业、电子信息业、航空农业、珠宝首饰业以及皮具业作为其主要产业,以期整合、优化产业区内原有的资源和基础设施,使区内的产业布局更为合理,更好地发挥广州新白云机场的作用,并在广州"北优"的发展思路下,保护好北部自然生态环境。
The operation of the new Baiyun International Airport in Guangzhou will promote the development of its peripheral industries, including those of the PRD and even South China. In this paper, a tentative plan about building up an industrial zone around the airport is suggested. On the basis of analyzing the transportation, natural condition, labor force resources and the characteristics of the industrial spatial structure, by the speciality theory of industrial economic development, a spatial development structure, which consists of 3 ring belts, the new airport, its adjacent areas and the area along the airport transportation highroad with high accessibility, is put forward. The industries, such as service, electronic information, agriculture for airplane passengers, jewelry and leather industry, should be regarded as the engine of the regional industries to integrate the intrinsic resources and optimize the industrial layout, so as to strengthen the function of the airport and protect natural environment of northern Guangzhou.
