摘要
以高沸点溶剂1,4-丁二醇水溶液为萃取剂,以粉碎的麦草为原料,经煮沸萃取木质素,得出最佳萃取条件为:1,4-丁二醇水溶液,V(醇)∶V(水)=9∶1,固液比(g/mL)为1∶12,萃取时间4 h,萃取率达30.9%。试验表明,该方法提取的木质素保持了木质素原有结构和使用价值。所用原料为农作物的下脚料,可实现废物利用、变废为宝。所用萃取剂可重复使用,基本无污染物排出。
Lignin is extracted from the broken straw wheat with aqueous solution of 1,4 - butanediol as extracting reagent by boiling extraction method. The optimal condition is as follows : the volume ratio of 1, 4 -butanediol/water is 9: 1, the solid -liquid ratio (g/mL) is 1 : 12, the extraction time is 4 hours, and the extraction rate is up to 30.9%. The results obtained show that the lignin extracted by this method keeps original structure and useful value. Raw material is the remainder of crop, which can achieve such effect of changing waste to treasure. The extracting solvent can be reused many times, and there is therefore no pollution in the process.
