摘要
目的:统计和分析我院钙拮抗药的应用情况,了解这类药物应用的变化情况及发展趋势。方法:利用计算机管理系统对我院2004年至2006年钙拮抗药的消耗金额、用药频率、所占比例及排序进行全面统计和分析。结果:钙拮抗药的消耗金额呈上升趋势,其中氨氯地平片、硝本地平缓释片和控释片分占前三位。结论:长效的硝苯地平类钙拮抗药使用发展空间较大,有良好的应用前景。
Objective Our Hospital Statistics and Analysis Application of calcium antagonists, such understanding of the changes in drug use situation and development trends. Methods Using computer management system in our hospital 2004-2006 calcium antagonists consumption amount, frequency of administration, and the proportion of a comprehensive ranking statistics and analysis. Results Calcium antagonists consumption rates upward trend, which amlodipine tablets, Glauber local-sustained-release tablets and the controlled-release tablets of the top three. Conclusion The long-acting nifedipine type calcium antagonists greater use of space development, a good prospect.
