摘要
在短跑运动项目中速度和速度耐力训练是非常重要的两个环节,现代短跑技术的特点是大幅度、高频率、放松跑,而决定运动成绩提高的因素很多,本文着重从能量供应的特点,为教练员从事短跑速度和速度耐力方面的训练提供生化依据。
Speed and endurance traiins are two key links dash training courses. The character of modern dash skill is big range,high frequency and relax run. And there are many decisive, factors to raise the sports results. This article will provide biochemical basis for the training in dash speed and speed endurance,emhatically pointing out the character of the energy supply.
