摘要
【目的】了解威海市新生儿出生时体重正常值范围和性别比。【方法】对2004年由威海市各级产科医院称量体重,登记《新生儿首针乙肝疫苗接种卡》和出生登记本,收集《新生儿首针乙肝疫苗接种卡》和出生登记本的有关内容,共收集新生儿资料14963份,录入计算机,利用SPSS 10.0软件进行统计分析。【结果】2004年威海市出生新生儿平均体重3540.51 g,95%的正常值范围在2546.28-4534.74 g,巨大胎儿占12.96%,低体重胎儿占1.74%。男女性别比为105∶1。【结论】新生儿平均体重高于全国平均水平,性别比在正常范围。
[Objective] To study newborn＇s birth weight and sex ratio of Weihai City. [Methods] The doctors weighed the newborn＇s weight and registered （the first HBV injecting cards）in each hospital in 2004 in order to collect correlated contents. Datas of 14 963 new borns were analyzed by spssl0.0 software. [Results] In Weihai, newborn＇s average weight was 3 540.51g,the normal range of 95 % confidence was 2 546.28 -4 534.74g. The ratio of tremendous fetus was 12. 96%, low weight fetus was 1.74%. The sex ratio was 105 ： 1. [Concision] The newborn＇s average weight is higher in Weihai than average level of China. The sex ratio is in normal range.
