摘要
【目的】初步探索VB12缺乏儿童口服补充VB12的效果。【方法】于2005年3-7月随机对重庆市南岸区四所幼儿园351名2-7岁儿童进行体格测量及血常规筛查,根据纳入标准对其中177名进行血清VB12测定。血清VB12测定采用化学发光免疫法。血清VB12〈300 ng/L的儿童17名予以VB12100μg/d补充4周,一个月后复查血常规、血清VB12。【结果】①2-7岁儿童血清VB12平均水平为552 ng/L,缺乏(血清VB12〈200 ng/L)检出率为4.5%(8/177),边缘性缺乏(血清VB12200-300 ng/L)检出率为10.7%(19/177)。②干预后17名儿童血清VB12水平均升高,干预前血清VB12平均水平为192 ng/L,干预后达272 ng/L,平均升高了80.5 ng/L(t=5.713,P〈0.01)。干预前血Hb平均水平为118.8 g/L,干预后为121.3 g/L,前后变化2.5 g/L(t=2.042,P〉0.05)。【结论】口服补充VB12制剂能改善儿童VB12营养状况。
[Objective] To explore the effect of therapy with oral VB12 on the children with VB12 deficiency. [Methods] From March to July in 2005, the weight, height and complete blood count (CBC) were studied in 351 children aged 2 to 7 years from 4 kindergartens of Chongqing. The dietary survey and the concentrations of serum VB12 of 177 chil dren were evaluated. The concentrations of serum VB12 were assayed by Chemiluminoimmuno Assay (CLIA). 17 children with serum VB12 below 300 ng/L were received VBlz 100 μg/d for 4 weeks. The levels of Hb and serum VB12 were redetected after one month of supplementation. [Results] OThe average level of serum VBlz for the children aged 2 - 7 years old was 552 ng/L. The levels of serum VB12 in 4.5%(8/177)of the children were below 200 ng/L (defined as VB12 deficiency), in 10.7 % ( 19/177 ) of the children were 200 - 300 ng/L (called marginal deficiency). (2) The levels of serum VB12 in 17 children were increased after supplementation of VB12. The mean level of serum VB12 in 17 children was increased from 192 ng/L before treatment to 272 ng/L after one month of oral supplementation(t = 5.713, P〈0.01 ). There were no significant differences between the values of Hb before and after treatment in 17 children(t=2. 042,P〉0. 05). [Conclusion] Supplementation with VB12 by oral is effective and safe for the children with VB12 deficiency in recoveing the levels of serum VB12.
