The next generation network service platform targets all operators' need to create and launch services with the most modern technologies for telecom networks.The next generation network service platform Appium-XWay is introduced.The system environment and system architecture of the platform are analyzed in detail.The modules and components which are needed in Parlay X service development are also studied.A Parlay X Third Party Call example based on the platform is given.
