摘要
针对油井射孔后产能计算困难的问题,在认真分析近井地带渗流情况的基础上,将油井射孔渗流区域等效为带有污染带的折算裸眼油井,使油井井筒在油层部位的体积等于所有射孔孔眼的渗流体积和原井眼在油层部位体积之和,污染带圆筒体积等于原射孔弹爆炸后形成的挤压性压实带体积之和。建立了该等效模式的渗流和压力分布数学计算模型,编制了应用软件。利用该模型研究了射孔的挤压性压实带厚度、射孔深度、射孔密度和射孔孔眼半径对油井IPR曲线的影响,并利用灰色关联理论定量分析了各个参数对油井产能的影响程度。
In order to accurately predict productivity of perforated wells, on the basis of analysis on porous flow near wellbore, the perforated flow region was equivalent to open hole with damaged zone. Wellbore volume in the oil zone is equal to the original wellbore volume plus the perforation holes flow volume, damaged zone is equal to the total volume caused by the perforation. Software was developed based on these models. The impact of thickness of the perforation skin, perforating depth, shooting density and the perforation radius on IPR curve was analyzed using this model. The quantitative analysis of impact of these parameters on productivity was conducted using gray weighted correlation method.
