油田硫化氢腐蚀机理及防护的研究现状及进展 被引量:85

摘要 我国大多数油田含有硫化氢腐蚀性气体,其中四川盆地是我国含硫化氢天然气分布最广的含油气盆地,而硫化氢腐蚀是井下油气管的主要腐蚀类型。简要论述了硫化氢腐蚀的机理和影响因素,分析了国内外硫化氢腐蚀研究的现状和趋势,并在此基础上介绍了采用缓蚀剂、涂镀层油管、普通碳钢管材、耐蚀合金钢管材、玻璃钢和塑料管材、阴极保护几种国内外常用的防腐措施,指出了各种方法的优缺点,探讨了高含硫化氢油气田腐蚀研究的热点问题及发展方向。 Most of the reservoirs in China content H2S, specifically in Sichuan basin. And H2S corrosion is one of main corrosion to downhole tubing and casings. This paper described briefly H2S corrosion mechanism and impacting factors, and analyzed quo and developments of H2S corrosion research. Several commonly used anti-corrosion measures are introduced, including corrosion inhibitor, coating pipe, popular carbon steel pipe, glass steel and plastic pipe and cathodic protection, etc. Advantage and disadvantage of these methods were compared. Hot topics and development direction of H2S corrosion for oil and gas field are discussed.
