摘要
从价值分析的角度出发,以模糊综合评判理论为基础,建立一个将决策者的经验予以量化的岸上目标价值评估模型。其权重通过选择最重要的指标、决策者定义比较值、综合比较结果及归一化权重等步骤得以确定。计算结果表明,该模型能为指挥员制定正确的策略提供科学的依据。
From the point of view of value analysis, and based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, build up a value model of the target on coast, which turns decision of maker's experience more quantitative. In order to decide the lever of the importance, adopt the method through steps of choosing the most important index sign, defining comparison value by the decision maker, synthesizing comparison result and unifying weights. Calculational result showed this model gives scientific basis to commanders to make right decision.
