建立战场目标价值的评价体系,并采用熵权法的评价方法对目标价值进行评价。首先根据炮兵分队作战实际,采用德尔菲法建立评价指标体系,在有m个评价指标,n个被评价对象的评价问题中,按照定量与定性相结合的原则,建立一个多指标的评价矩阵。然后制定评价指标的评分标准,最后进行战场目标价值的评判。
