摘要
一种抑制负载转矩扰动的算法,可降低交流伺服系统中因负载扰动引起的转速波动。通过设计一个负载观测器,实时地检测负载转矩的变化,并根据所辨识负载转矩对电机定子电流进行动态补偿,从而将电机转速波动抑制到最小。
A new algorithm to compensate speed variation brought by the disturbance of load torque is presented. It can decrease the rotated speed vibration in AC servo system. Through designing a load detector, the variation of load torque is detected in real-time. The current of motor is compensated dynamically according to the result of load-observer, so the speed variation of motor can be most restrained.
