摘要
本文从理论和实践两方面分析了合并后宁夏大学图书馆建设的若干问题，论述了馆建的发展规模、管理以及信息网络的规划、设计要同教学。
Some problems about new library of Ningxia University are analysed from theoreticall and practically, and the library's scal of development and management etc. are also discussed in this paper.
