摘要
在大口径直缝埋弧焊管UOE成形工艺流程中,U形弯曲件横断面上直壁段的倾角和底部的曲率半径是控制成形质量的两个关键指标。文章采用平面弹塑性模型,借助于有限元数值分析方法,对UOE成形过程中的板坯U形弯曲进行了数值模拟。基于数值模拟结果,分析了在U形弯曲时弯曲凸模和水平辊的工作行程以及水平辊的初始位置等工艺参数对板坯变形规律、弯曲件横断面直壁段倾角、底部曲率半径以及成形载荷的影响。
In forming process of sub-merged arc welded tube with big diameter by UOE process, they are two key quality evaluating indicators that slope angle of straight-wall and radius of curvature in the cross-section of U-form part. Based on theory of pla- nar elastic-plasticity finite element method, FEM model is established to simulate the U-bending process of forming welded tube by UOE process in this paper. The influences of stroke and initial position of dies on the law of U-bending process is discussed.
