摘要
矩形盒件的成形过程非常复杂,是一种包含几何非线性、材料非线性、边界条件非线性的复杂力学过程,影响因素颇多,规律难以定量表达[1]。文章采用MSC.Marc有限元软件,模拟了5种不同长宽比模具下矩形毛坯的成形过程,记录了特殊点线的前后变化,找出了矩形盒件成形过程中材料的流动规律,以及不同的长宽比模具对材料的转移量的影响,并实验验证了模拟结果的可靠性,为矩形件成形的理论推导提供了可靠的依据。
Deep drawing forming of rectangular box is very complicated, in which geometry, material and contact condition is considered, so the law of Deep drawing forming is difficult to introduced. The finite-elements code MSC. Marc was used to simulate the process of box deep drawing which was done by 5 different molds and dies, and then record the former and later coordinate of the defined points and lines. The purpose is to find the law of material transfer and the effects of different mold to material transfer, and also reliable datum were given for the future research of deep drawing forming of rectangular box.
